Web Content Writing

Want to promote your non-profit organization’s training or services? Well-researched white papers use facts and logic to persuade prospects that your offering can solve their problems. I am a certified white paper specialist trained by That White Paper Guy himself—Gordon Graham!

How does this work?

Step 1: Kick-off

I’ll learn everything I can about your organization, your offering and your target market, gathering credible sources to use in the white paper. During our kick-off meeting, we’ll discuss the purpose of your white paper, the intended audience and your call to action (CTA).

Step 2: Outline

I’ll create a detailed one-page outline informed by your goal, audience and the research conducted in Step 1, which I’ll send to you for review and feedback. This crucial step saves time and ensures the white paper is going in the right direction.

Step 3: Gather Evidence

Here, I will gather compelling evidence to build an effective argument for your organization’s training or service. Throughout the research process, I will gather reliable sources to build the case and establish credibility for your training or service.

  • “Creative, imaginative and articulate — three words I use to describe Erika. She has helped 4Forward on numerous projects, on a wide range of topics. She has tackled massive quantities of information, and created wonderful spot-on scenarios, questions and cases. “I have been working with Erika since 2013 and have happily recommended her to other teams here at Cuso International. She has written stories for our website, alumni profiles for Catalyst magazine and content for our annual report. Erika brings her positive attitude to every conversation and accepts feedback with grace. She is always professional and reliable when interviewing stakeholders. With Erika, I know the content will come out great, so I can focus on my many other projects!

"We usually write our content in-house, which is really stressful when we have to write a website because we have a lot of competing priorities. It was a major treat to outsource our website content writing to Erika. She gave the website a complete reset with a fresh set of eyes and a fresh set of words. TIAC was looking for someone familiar with the tourism industry and someone that we’d enjoy working with – and that was Erika! She’s a great listener, asked good questions and understood exactly what we wanted. Erika is reliable and super responsive. She delivers on time and according to plan. It was a real pleasure working with Erika. She really felt like part of the team!"

"As the national association voice for the social work profession, the CASW website is frequently the first stop for people seeking a better understanding of the profession – its history, roles, and responsibilities. Through a public Request for Proposal process, CASW contracted the James Street Writing Company to refresh its public facing content. From the James Street Writing Company proposal, to the consultations on deliverables, and the final product itself, Erika Cuccaro provided highly professional and skilled service. Erika demonstrated an understanding of the critical importance of this project in defining the public’s perception of the social work profession and delivered  products that CASW proudly approved. Whatever your content needs, CASW highly recommends James Street Writing Company to complete your project professionally, on time, and within budget."

  • National Tay-Sachs & Allied Disease Association (NTSAD) had a 12-year-old website that badly needed an update. We also wanted to shift the overall purpose and tone of the website from a clinical, almost encyclopedic style to an easy to understand, family-focused site to better align with our mission of supporting individuals and families coping with a devastating diagnosis. I was hesitant to turn over the reins of rewriting vast, disease-specific content as well as ensuring the content conveyed that NTSAD was the place where families in crisis would feel supported and understood. We could not have been put in more capable hands than Erika’s. Erika met with individual members of our team to condense our extensive content and rewrite 30 key pages of our website. She also created a writing style guide, which is an incredible tool to have. Our entire team loved working with Erika. She was an incredibly organized project manager - and was more than open to feedback and ensured we were 100% satisfied. When we launched our website, we received immediate rave reviews from families, our Board and entire Community. We cannot recommend Erika highly enough!
