How does this work?
This is a relatively hands-free process for you. Once I understand the goal for the story and you’ve introduced me to the interviewee, I’ll do all the heavy lifting when it comes to scheduling and conducting the interview. Your volunteers, beneficiaries, ambassadors and employees will be treated professionally and cordially at every step in this process.
Step 1: Gather Information
I’ll learn everything I can about your organization and its mandate. During our kick-off call, we’ll discuss the goal of your impact stories, the audience and the key messages you want to highlight, as well as the ideal length of the stories.
Step 2: Develop Interview
I’ll develop interview questions with your organization, your goal, and your key messages in mind. Once the questions are complete, I’ll send them to you for review.
Step 3: Conduct Interview
Once you have introduced me to the interviewee, I’ll schedule the date and time of the interview. I’ll send the interviewee my questions in advance so they can prepare—interviewees love this!
Step 4: Review & Approval
This is where the magic happens—I’ll use the interview and my research to write a draft impact story for your review and feedback. Once you are happy with the draft, I’ll send it to the interviewee for their review. When the interviewee has approved the draft, I will send the completed, finalized story to you.
